MamaFree daytime care provides practical, emotional, and educational support as you navigate life with your newborn.
These visits are centered around you—your recovery, your feeding goals, your home, and your rhythm. Whether you need help building confidence, troubleshooting feeding, or simply having an extra set of hands, I’m there with you.
Daytime support may include:
Breastfeeding + pumping support
Newborn care guidance and hands-on help
Postpartum recovery support (rest, hydration, nourishment reminders)
Light household support (baby-related + mom support)
Sibling adjustment support
Education on newborn behavior, sleep, and feeding
This is not just help—it’s grounded, full-spectrum care that allows you to feel supported, informed, and less alone.
Hourly rate based.
MamaFree overnight care is designed to give you the deep rest your body and mind need after birth—while your baby is safely cared for in a calm, nurturing environment.
During overnight visits, I provide hands-on newborn care so you can sleep, heal, and wake up feeling supported instead of depleted.
Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, or doing a combination, I meet you exactly where you are—without judgment.
Overnight support may include:
Newborn care (feeding, diapering, soothing, swaddling)
Breastfeeding support (latch assistance, positioning, night feeds)
Bottle feeding + pump support
Settling baby back to sleep
Light baby-related tidying
Emotional support for postpartum adjustment
This is more than sleep support—it’s intentional, compassionate care during one of the most vulnerable transitions in your life.
