We offer full-spectrum doula care, lactation support, and holistic wellness rooted in ancestral wisdom, advocacy, and freedom. As a full-spectrum doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support through every stage of the reproductive journey—including fertility, pregnancy, labor, postpartum, miscarriage, abortion, and loss. It’s more than just birth work—it's holding space for all of your experiences with compassion, strength, and non-judgment.

As a lactation consultant-in-training, and breast-feeding counselor I offer evidence-based support for breast/chestfeeding, including proper latch, milk supply issues, and feeding confidence. Nourishing your baby is deeply instinctual—but also deeply personal—and my goal is to empower you with the tools and trust in your body’s wisdom.

I’m I’esha Hayes, founder of MamaFree, mother of four, and fierce advocate for birthing rights, body autonomy, and care without coercion. My own journey into birthwork began with my lived experience: I was supported by a doula, lactation consultant, and midwife through three of my four pregnancies. That support changed my life. It gave me strength, dignity, and peace in the most vulnerable and powerful moments. Now, I offer that same care to others—with radical love and evidence-based knowledge.

At MamaFree, we challenge the limits of traditional healthcare and center the freedom of choice, ancestral practices, and community care. We believe every birthing person deserves to be supported without pressure, without fear, and with full agency over their body and experience.
