I specialize in supporting families in pregnancy, and the early postpartum period — including those navigating feeding in the first days and weeks after hospital discharge.
Our Services
· Initial consultation to create a personalized feeding plan
· Education on positioning, latch, milk supply, pumping and storage
· Guidance through return-to-work transitions and complementary feeding
· Support for common concerns (engorgement, sore nipples, mastitis prevention, pumping)
· Ongoing follow-up visits (in-person or virtual) + check-ins as needed
· Referrals to trusted resources when additional support is required
· Prenatal consultations (3 sessions, one for each trimester)
· 24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks
· Birth plan for hospital, birthing center or home birth
· One 30 minute massage
· Nutrition referrals
· Immediate postpartum support (first 1-2 hours)
· Follow-up visit within two weeks postpartum
· Welcome mommy gift
· Postpartum visits (6 sessions, for each month after birth)
· Emotional support and counseling (in-person or virtual)
· Sleep and routine guidance
· Light household assistance (2-3 visits)
· Two 30 minute massages
